Products and orders
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment if an error in pricing or availability is discovered.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through GoDaddy Payments. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We do not store your full payment credentials.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Sunlatched is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to request that the unused portion be returned before processing a refund.
